MEDIA ALERT: IN-PERSON EVENT – Committee of 100 Conference & Gala: Chinese Americans in the New Millennium

WHO: Committee of 100, a non-profit membership organization of prominent Chinese Americans, will hold its first in-person conference since the Covid-19 pandemic.

WHAT: Chinese Americans in the New Millennium: Heralding Today’s Achievements, Shouldering Yesteryear’s Burdens. From across the U.S., distinguished academics, policymakers, philanthropists, influencers, and engaged professionals will gather in a series of discussions, debates, keynotes, and networking sessions on the future of diplomacy, economic interdependence, the China Initiative, and anti-Asian hate.

The three-day agenda will be updated weekly.

WHERE: Marriot Marquis in Washington, D.C. (901 Massachusetts Ave NW)

WHEN: The event will take place from May 5-7, 2022. Accredited media will have access to the evening gala on May 5, the main stage program taking place on May 6 and the Town Hall discussions on May 7. NOTE: there is no virtual option, this is an in-person event only.
