Panelists discussed the “economic slowdown” trend in China and clarified what this means for the U.S., and answered the various audience questions that ranged from the pace and reality of innovation in China to which U.S. President China would prefer to be elected.
The speaker’s forum was followed by a reception hosted by Committee of 100 and North California Chair Ken Fong at Le Colonial Restaurant, which included distinguished guests Consul Wang Dong and Consul Yi Li.
Special thanks to C100 Northern California Regional Chair Ken Fong for his generous financial support, C100 member Dennis Wu for providing welcoming/closing remarks and logistics support, and to C100 member George Koo for organizing the speakers and moderator.
