The Committee of 100 Issues Committee will host an invitation-only seminar on U.S. economic, national, and trade secrets at the Brookings Institution on the morning of Friday, March 20. C-100 member Nelson Dong, Partner and Co-Head of the Asian Law Group and Head of the National Security Law Group at Dorsey & Whitney, and David Mills, Assistant Secretary of Commerce, will examine the complex U.S. laws on trade secrets, espionage, and export controls. Previous versions of the Issues Committee seminar have been presented in Silicon Valley, Seattle, C-100’s 2014 Annual Conference in San Francisco, and the 2014 National Asian Pacific American Bar Association (NAPABA) convention.
