This Committee of 100 Asian American Career Ceilings Initiative event will enable Asian Americans of all ages to get valuable career advice from experienced and successful Asian Americans in the Industrial professions. We have held this event for different professions in the past and will continue to do so in the future.

We will start with a 20-minute panel discussion, followed by interactive virtual breakout rooms with experienced Asian American leaders. Each breakout room will be hosted by a seasoned advisor and organized by functional areas in business: sales/marketing, general management, strategy/business development, manufacturing, finance and research and development. A list of advisors will be shared in advance, allowing participants to select the breakout rooms most relevant to their interests. Attendees may move freely between rooms throughout the session.

This event offers a unique opportunity to explore these professions with experienced practitioners and make personal connections. Discussions will be frank and informative. Advisors will respond directly to participant questions and share personal insights about their functional area, including both the upsides and the downsides.
