Albert Cheng leads the Prime Video business holistically across SVOD, TVOD, Prime Video Channels and AVOD in the United States, responsible for the P&L and revenue growth, as well as programming strategy, marketing, brand, research, licensing and distribution. Cheng’s U.S. and global teams work relentlessly towards the mission to turn Prime Video into a one-stop entertainment destination for customers offering the world’s largest collection of premium entertainment in a single application; a place where customers can find all of their favorite movies and series under one roof, be it content produced by Amazon MGM Studios or by other studios, third-party channels made accessible as an add-on subscription through Prime Video Channels, or titles to rent or buy via the Prime Video Store.
Cheng joined Amazon in 2015 as Chief Operating Officer at Amazon Studios, where he oversaw the general management of the company alongside Head of Amazon MGM Studios, Jennifer Salke. He held dual roles as Co-Head of TV and COO from 2018-2021. Prior to Amazon, Cheng spent 15 years as an executive at The Walt Disney Company, most recently as Executive Vice President, Digital Media and Chief Product Officer for Disney/ABC Television Group. During that time, Cheng and his team won four Primetime Emmy Awards, and were the first in history to put TV episodes on iTunes in 2005, first to stream top broadcast shows online in 2006, stream in HD in 2007, first to launch an iPad app in 2010, and first to offer live broadcast network feeds in 2013.
Cheng has also held executive positions at Fox and board roles at BMI and Lifetime and was a strategy consultant with The Boston Consulting Group.
Cheng earned a Bachelor’s degree from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an MBA from Harvard University Graduate School of Business Administration.

Nicole Dungca

Nicole Dungca is a reporter in The Washington Post’s investigative unit. She was the co-host of Broken Doors, an investigative podcast that won the Robert F. Kennedy Journalism Award for Radio and was a finalist in the Audio Reporting category of the Pulitzer Prizes. Before The Post, she was part of the Boston Globe’s Spotlight Team, where she delved into topics such as racism in Boston, secret criminal hearings in Massachusetts, the state’s burgeoning cannabis industry and transportation. Dungca has also covered education at the Oregonian, and written for the Times-Picayune and Providence Journal. She is currently the president of the Asian American Journalists Association.
Dungca’s honors and awards include Finalist for Pulitzer Prize for Local Reporting, 2018; Livingston Awards, finalist, 2018; Eugene S. Pulliam First Amendment Award, 2019; Gerald Loeb Award, 2021; Finalist for Pulitzer Prize for Audio Reporting, 2023; Robert F. She is the President of the Asian American Journalists Association and graduated from Brown University with a BA in Literatures and Cultures in English.

Richard Lui

Richard Lui is a veteran journalist with more than 30 years in broadcast journalism, film, technology, and business. Currently an anchor at MSNBC/NBC News and previously with CNN Worldwide, Lui was the first AAPI male to anchor a daily, national news show.
The team Emmy and Peabody winner remains one of the few Asian Americans to serve uninterrupted as an anchor for the last 20 years.
Lui is the author of the bestselling and award-winning book Enough About Me from HarperCollins Zondervan, as well as author of the groundbreaking Inclusion@work risk reports released at Davos, SXSW, and CES. As a film director he recently released the Oscars- and Grammy-qualifying documentaries Sky Blossom (2021) and UNCONDITIONAL, (2023) which were honored with rare premieres at the White House, U.S. Congress, and the United Nations.
Lui’s overlapping 20-year business career includes time at Citibank, Oliver Wyman, Mrs. Fields Cookies, a fintech patent, and launching six tech brands over three business cycles. As an NACD Fellow, he has served on private and NGO boards in the AI, gender equity, and human trafficking sectors. In 2017, Lui founded PRISCA, a not-for-profit company that forms action-based narrative change strategies. Lui is a volunteer and celebrity caregiving ambassador for the Alzheimer’s Association, AARP, Plan International, BrightFocus, and Caring Across Generations. Lui is also a Committee of 100 member.
