Yolanda Li is an HR Leader and co-founder of an AI-driven hiring platform focused on improving how organizations screen and evaluate talent. With 13 years of global experience in people, talent, and operations leadership across the United States, Europe, and Asia, Li has supported organizations through growth, transformation, and workforce planning. She brings deep expertise in building HR infrastructure, strengthening employee experience, and partnering with senior leaders to translate business strategy into scalable programs. Li holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and a Bachelor of Law from Tsinghua University, and she brings a cross-cultural lens to leadership, talent strategy, and community impact. She is committed to advancing opportunity through workforce development, mentorship, and civic engagement, and has served in community leadership roles, including as President of the Rotary Club of Cambridge. Li is excited to join Committee of 100’s Next Generation Leaders Class of 2026 and contribute to initiatives that strengthen the Chinese American community and expand leadership pipelines.
