Benming Zhang is a corporate attorney and civic leader based in Williamsburg, Virginia. He became one of the youngest individuals ever elected to the Williamsburg City Council (Virginia) and the first Chinese American to serve in that role. During his time on council, Zhang focused on community engagement, economic development, and policies aimed at strengthening the city’s long-term sustainability.
