The Committee of 100 hosted its third Women’s Leadership Roundtable in New York City on November 20, with 17 participants. Under the C100 Women’s Leadership Exchange Program, the Third Women’s Leadership Roundtable provides an interactive forum for young Asian American professional women to learn from C100 members how to be effective leaders in their respective fields, the larger society, and the global arena. Roundtable discussion topics included work/family balance, negotiating a salary, and joining boards. Attendees praised the open dialogue format and look forward to future meetings. C100 New York Regional Vice Chair Lulu C. Wang and member Anla Cheng were Discussion Leaders.
