C100 convenes its members and invited leaders of the AAPI community at the Waldorf Astoria Las Vegas for two days of deep, deliberate engagement. Through intimate working sessions, not panels, we tackle the questions our communities face right now, strengthen relationships, and build trust that ripples through boardrooms and coalitions.
This year also marks a leadership transition, celebrating Governor Gary Locke’s tenure as Chair and turning, together, toward what comes next for C100.

C100’s members span every sector that shapes American life, and so should our collaborations. Friday brings C100 members and community leaders together across sectors, not just within them. We gather to pool our collective power, surface opportunities no single organization could see alone, and listen to where C100 can better serve the broader AAPI community. All sessions are off the record so participants speak candidly. The afternoon will feature concurrent sessions, each designed for focused exchange rather than presentations. Each session begins with 5 to 7 minute lightning remarks, followed by a facilitated roundtable discussion with all participants.

This is an invitation-only weekend for C100 members and select AAPI leaders. Most sessions and meals will take place at the Waldorf Astoria Las Vegas. Participants are encouraged to stay at the hotel to support our room block commitment. A discounted rate of $369 for a City View King is available, plus a $30 resort fee and 13.378% tax.
