Lesley is an executive with over 25 years of global experience driving technology innovation and transformational change.

Lesley’s experience includes leading strategic initiatives, enabled through digital technology innovation. In her current role, she is active in the mission of protecting/improving health and the environment.  Prior to this, she was part of the executive team leading the transformation of the iconic Cadillac car brand back to the “pinnacle of luxury”.

In addition to global roles, Lesley gained additional international experience while working overseas in Asia, where she was CIO for South East Asia for General Motors. During this time, she had additional responsibility for IT systems in GM’s international markets, including China.

In the community, Lesley has been recognized for volunteering with industry groups, universities and national organizations to advance women and minorities to leadership roles. She has been recognized by organizations: Orbie Awards, Ascend, HMG Strategies, Pace University – Siedenberg School and others. Currently, she is a Board Director for technology start-ups, an advisor on Ascend’s NYC Asian Executive Committee and co-founder of Women-in-Tech Executive Group.

Lesley has been invited as a speaker at these key events: CIO Summit of Americas, Tech Up for Women, Evanta, HMG Strategy, Michigan Women in Technology, Society of Information Management, Ascend Pinnacle Directors Conference, National Association of Female Executives and Stanford’s Advanced Leadership Program.
