US Media: Chinese espionage investigations against Chinese Americans are prejudiced and twice as likely to be withdrawn

According to the executive summary released by the Committee of 100 on May 20th, Chinese espionage investigations against Chinese Americans seem to be prejudiced and twice as likely to be withdrawn after investigations.
