Carolyn Sue Chin is a board member and the US CEO for Singlepoint, a UK-based digital security firm. She is a co-founder/faculty member for "OnBoard Bootcamps," designed to assist those seeking to join corporate boards. She currently serves on the corporate boards of CH2M Hill (environmental engineering), Holcim US (cement/building materials), State Farm Bank, and Zogby Worldwide. She has been active on a number of nonprofit boards including: Independent Sector, the national umbrella organization for corporations, foundations and non-profits, Committee for Economic Development (CED); Committee of 100; NYC Outward Bound; Redford Institute (to promote organ donation); and the White House Fellows Foundation.

Her prior work experience includes: IBM, Citibank, AT&T, Macy's, Reuters, US HEW and US HUD and serving as Chairman of Commtouch (NASDAQ) and Chairman and CEO of KindMark.

She received an MBA from the Harvard Business School and a BS in Management Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (receiving the highest honor for leadership). She was selected as a White House Fellow (America's most prestigious leadership development program). Her other honors include selection as one of Glamour Magazine's Outstanding Young Working Women, Outstanding Woman of New Jersey, Who's Who in America.
